The program release has been distributed to hundreds of thousands of devices, comprising a complete replica of the original version supplemented with activation. It's fully operational! Please note that although we aren't the developers of Wallpaper Engine, we're unable to address user-reported bugs (in comments and feedback) or provide extensive support beyond vsthemes.org. Regarding issues such as the "black screen" problem: often, it's attributable to the absence of a video card driver, an outdated driver version, or incorrect functionality. In all instances, ensure you're using the latest available version from the official AMD/Nvidia website and verify the presence of DirectX files linked in the description above.
